We work hard to make sure your move goes smoothly and all your belongings arrive at your new home safely. But accidents happen, which is why we have a number of moving resources including a claims process in place to address damaged or lost items.
All damaged items are subject to inspection, so hold off on any repairs and contact our moving claims department through our Online Claim Form. Feel free to use the “comments” section of the form to further explain any issues you had with your move. This form is for interstate moves only. If you need to make a claim for a local move, give us a call.
Once we have received your form, we’ll assign a Claim Adjustor to review your claim and contact you with further instructions.
